High Performance Learning Communities

The goal of the High Performance Learning Community (HPLC) project is to work with schools in high poverty areas to develop strategies that communities across the United States can adapt to their own situations and circumstances in order to attain and sustain high levels of academic achievement for all students. To accomplish this, the HPLC project proposes a set of core HPLC principles and a cololaborative, dynamic process of research and development among school communities and non-school based partners.
