During the three years of the project, PiNET is working with teachers in the Berkeley and Hayward Unified School Districts, and with UC Berkeley’s Developmental Teacher Education Program (DTE). Teams of teachers participate in an array of professional development activities ranging from attending a mathematics conference to an intensive, introductory two-week summer institute.
