Rosaisela Rodríguez is responsible for developing the Center's research program. She received her Ph.D in Education from Berkeley in 1999 and has taught at the University of El Paso, Texas. Finding ways to make educational opportunities more attainable for students from underserved communities has been important to her throughout her academic career and has guided her professional trajectory. For the past six years she has worked at UC Berkeley as the Academic Coordinator for the JDP/LEEP Ed.D. programs in the Graduate School of Education.
