Education Technology Service Center (ETSC), and formerly known as Education Media and Computer Services (EMACS), is on the first floor of Tolman Hall. This unit provides instruction and service facilities for faculty, staff and registered students in the Graduate School of Education. The ETSC unit provides for equipment loans, an instructional laboratory, video and audio duplication services, binding and other miscellaneous services. The unit also oversees facilities management services for the School. Support services for academic and administrative computer users are supervised by the Graduate School of Education Computer Coordinator.

ETSC maintains a computer lab (The Corey Lab) in 1635 Tolman where instructors can teach and demonstrate subjects related to computers. The lab can be used by students, staff and faculty of the School at other times as a drop-in facility; sign up for a computer in 1650 Tolman. Printing and scanning services are available.
